Code of Ethics

We are dedicated to giving our customers the best value we can for their dollar. We use the highest quality products we can find, avoiding, when possible, the cheaper consumer store-type materials. As a long timer in the trades, I've seen the quality of plumbing products decline due to the common practice of bidding for the cheapest price. There is nowhere to cut cost except in the products, therefore manufacturers are producing products that don't last. In fact, most common plumbing products last between 5 to 10 years. Formerly, 20 years was the norm. Stop and think about it! Look at what you are getting. The politics of California is really where the cost is, and that is why it costs so much to be a professional service company.

We Agree To:

  • Maintain the highest professional standards of workmanship and service to our customers.
  • Conduct our business affairs with honesty and integrity, and never resort to unfair trade practices that might reflect not only on our organization but on the entire industry.
  • Avoid misrepresentation of products and services, false promises, misleading advertising, or any other promotion of our work that might lead to misconceptions on the part of the customer.
  • Share our knowledge and experience at a fair price.
  • Participate in educational workshops and seminars to improve our own expertise and keep abreast of new industry developments and technology and methods.
  • Do every thing possible to enhance the reputation of our plumbing industry as skilled professionals, offering honest, dependable, competent service to our customer.
